Mrs. Hendryx has her BA in Organizational Communication and over 10 years experience in Mortgage lending and Real Estate.  She has managed multiple sales teams and was awarded from a fortune 500 company for funding over $80 million dollars in one month. 

 

 Shervin Sarbaz JD (Juris Doctorate)

Mr. Sarbaz, our underwriter, has a law degree and an extensive background managing  underwriting at major lending institutions. He has trained over a thousand loan officers and has overseen the closing of over two thousand files. His knowledge of mortgage loan products and the criteria of each lender have made him one of the most successful underwriters in Northern California.  

 

Afshin Sarbaz JD (Juris Doctorate)

Mr. Sarbaz also has a law degree and is our senior loan consultant and realtor. He has specialized in marketing and has successfully trained over a thousand loan officers and marketing executives. He is responsible for our enormously successful corporate and client seminars.
